Ambassador along with Officers of the Embassy visited the Rostov Region from August 7-9, 2016. During the visit, Ambassador visited the historic city of Taganrog. In Rostov on Don, Ambassador visited the Rosvertol Plant, Don State Technical University, Rostelmash and Chamber of Commerce. He also met the Governor of Rostov Oblast H.E Vasily Golubev and held discussions in the areas of economic, educational and cultural cooperation. Ambassador concluded his visit to Rostov with a visit to Starocherkasskaya the old capital of Don Cossacks, where he was honored as a Cossack.
