- Application Form
- Should be filled out online
- A separate application must be filed for each applicant
- Furnish information exactly as requested
- Verify the application details before submitting the online application
- Use the 'Save' option to save the filled application form for easy retrieval
- Ensure all required fields are filled in
- Ensure there are no errors or discrepancies
- No modifications are allowed after submission
- Keep the Application ID (generated automatically after submitting the online form) for reference
- Print the submitted application
- Should be signed by the applicant
- Additional Documents

- Should be in PDF or JPEG format
- Should have a minimum size of 10KB and maximum size of 300KB
- Application Submission
- Should take a printout of the online submitted application form.
- Should have all required documents attached.
- Should be submitted within the specified timeframe to avoid any delays.
- Should be submitted in-person at the Indian Visa Application Center: BLS International on a walk-in basis, without appointment.
- No application will be entertained for direct submission at the Embassy.
