Issuance of Police Clearance Certificate (PCC)
Check-list/Documents required
i) Applicant has to apply online for PCC at: https://portal3.passportindia.gov.in/Online/index.html
ii) Self attested copies of passport's first two and last two pages including all the pages of observation (if any), made by the Passport Issuing Authority.
iii) A copy of passport page containing valid visa/work permit/permanent residence status.
iv) Two passport sized photographs (colour 40mm x 40mm with white background).
v) Any other document as specified by the Consular Officer.
vi) Original passport/documents will be returned immediately after verification. Embassy of India will not be responsible for safe custody of original documents..
vii) PCC will be issued only after clearance from the concerned Police authorities in India.
