The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has spoken to HH Amir Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani, Amir of the State of Qatar and thanked him for his gracious Diwali greetings. Shri Modi has also conveyed his best wishes for a successful FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
