‘Padma Bhushan’ conferred on Amb. Alexander Kadakin posthumously

India’s third highest civilian award Padma Bhushan has been conferred posthumously on Russian Diplomat Late Mr. Alexander Kadakin for his contribution in strengthening relationship between India and the Russian Federation. He served in India for many years including as Ambassador of the Russian Federation to India twice.

Embassy of India, Moscow conveys felicitations on this well deserved honour and recognition to Late Ambassador Kadakin by the Government of India.
