In addition to carrying a COVID Negative RT-PCR test result, passengers arriving from India will be subjected to an express test for COVID at airports in Moscow w.e.f. 28.04.2021 and only if found negative, will be allowed entry. If found positive, such passengers will be shifted to a COVID treatment facility till the time they are cured of the disease. This is for information of passengers coming from India to Russia
