The Conference is being held under the aegis of the Fifth Army of Russian Federation on behalf of Eastern Military District. Senior Tri Services officers from Indian Union and Russian Fedaration are giving final touches to the modalities of maneuveres and episodes that are likely to take place during the October Exercise. More than 1100 troops each from the two Nations will partake in the Exercise which will be conducted in the Russian Far East in Primorsky Region and will see the deployment of the latest Army, Navy and Airforce platforms.
