Ex Indra- Opening Ceremony in Sergeevskoe Ranges in Primorsky Region of Russia. The ceremony was attended by Head of Pogranichiy District Mr Todorov Nikolai Alexdrovich, Head of Administration Ussuriysk City District Mr Korzh Yevgeny Yevgenyevich, Vice Governor of Primorye Region Mr Los' Alexander Ivanovich. Ceremony commenced with a short speech by both the contingent commanders Brig Sukrit Chadah from Indian side and Maj Gen Sychevoy, Chief of Staff of Russian Fifth Army. A smart parade was held after joint inspection by both the commanders.
