Competent authorities in Government of India has decided to cancel the existing physical visas issued to Afghan nationals. Afghan nationals staying in Russia and planning to travel to India are advised to apply afresh for e-Emergency X-Misc. Visa on e-Visa portal at https://indianvisaonline.gov.in.
2. It has been also decided that such Afghan national coming on e-Emergency X-Misc. Visa will have to mandatorily register with the FRRO / FRO concerned within 7 days of arrival in India.
