1. Film visa applicant must have the requisite permission to shoot the Feature film/Reality TV & Web Shows/ Series, Commercial TV Serials/ Shows and Web Shows/Series in India from Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Govt. of India;
2. Film visa would be project specific;
3. The film company shall take responsibility for the cast and crew coming to India for filming;
4. If the intention of Film visa applicants is to stay for more than 180 days, they should get themselves registered with the FRRO/FRO (Foreigners Regional Registration Office/ Foreigners Registration Office) concerned well in advance;
5. Film visa applicants need to show that they have adequate means to support themselves in India and may need to state that they have incentive to return to their place of residence when the said visa expires;
6. The Film production company will give an undertaking on its letterhead duly signed and stamped indicating that; the crew members are full time employee of the company during period of visa; company will be responsible for their conduct and repatriation and; crew will adhere the norms and regulations for foreigners and visit only areas permitted for their visit;
7. After fulfillment of all required formalities, application for Film visa may be filled at the following link : http://indianvisaonline.gov.in/ and submitted at Embassy of India Moscow.
