Former Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to India, H.E. Late Alexander Mikhailovich Kadakin was on India’s Republic Day, 26th January 2018, conferred the third highest civilian award in India, the Padma Bhushan, for his contribution to India-Russia relations.
