This year marks the 70th anniversary of the establishment of the India-Russia diplomatic relations. The relationship is built on the pillars of mutual trust and enjoys a special and privileged character. Under the framework of celebrations taking place in this year, on October 12-13, 2017, the Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC) in partnership with Indian Council of World Affairs (ICWA) and with the participation of leading Indian think tanks will host an international conference titled “Strategic Visions of Russia- India Relations and Changes in the World Order” . The conference will witness some of the most learned minds in the field of international relations from the both counties. The discussions held under the Conference are expected to provide a deeper understanding between India and Russia on issues of bilateral interest and those of global significance.
