Notice for Indian Nationals travelling to Russia


In light of the Covid-19 related travel restrictions and rules/guidelines, Indian nationals travelling to Russia on tourist, business visas, etc. are advised to travel on direct flights between Delhi and Moscow. There have been many incidents of Indian nationals being denied entry in Russian Federation since they arrived in Russia via a third country. Before finalizing your travel plan, please consult Russian Embassy/Consulates in India. Also, you are advised to check the latest guidelines of the Russian Government for entry from a particular country.

Travelers are required to carry a COVID Negative RT-PCR test report conducted within 72 hours prior to undertaking the journey and a form needs to be filled up and deposited before exiting the airport in which the traveler will have to write address and contact number in Russia.

Notice for persons traveling to India


In light of the Covid-19 related travel restrictions and rules/guidelines, persons travelling to India are required to carry a COVID Negative RT-PCR test report conducted within 72 hours prior to undertaking the journey. It is mandatory for travelers to submit self-declaration form online and upload his/her RT-PCR Negative test report and copy of passport on ‘Air Suvidha’ portal at [ www.newdelhiairport.in ] before boarding. Also, latest health related guidelines for international arrivals prescribed by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare of Government of India may be checked.
