The Embassy of India, Moscow (Mission) invites Expression of Interest and tender bids from agencies to assist in the processing of applications from foreign nationals for the issuance of visas in Moscow & St. Petersburg.
Relevant details are provided in the Request for Proposal (RFP) posted on the website of Embassy of India, Moscow .

The offers/bids as per the RFP addressed to the Head of Chancery, Embassy of India, Moscow may be sent so as to reach this Mission latest by 1000 hrs (Moscow time) on March 4, 2016. All the Technical Bids shall be opened simultaneously at 1100 hrs (Moscow Time) on the same day. The Embassy of India, Moscow's decision on the pre-qualification of the agencies shall be final.
