ICCR General Scholarship Scheme
Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) awards scholarships to Russian nationals to pursue undergraduate/ postgraduate/ Ph.D/ Post Doctoral at Indian universities/institutions in humanities, commerce, science, ayurveda, engineering and dance and music courses for 2021-21 under the following schemes:
a) General Scholarship Scheme
b) Cultural Exchange Programme/Education Exchange Programme (CEP/EEP) Scholarship Scheme
c) Ayush Scholarship Scheme
d) Scholarship Scheme for Dance & Music
2. Presently, we have the offer of scholarship under General Scholarship Scheme (20 slots), CEP/EEP (2 slots) and Scholarship Scheme for Dance & Music (number not fixed). Academic session of Indian universities/institutions commences in July every year. Please note that admission to medicine and fashions courses are not available. To make stay of students comfortable during their study, a number of financial benefits are provided. Minimum age to enroll in undergraduate course is 18 years and for Ph.D. it is 45 years. The last date to apply for these offers are 29 Feb 2020 and for Ph.D. it is 31 August 2020. Interested persons may apply it online on A2A scholarship portal of ICCR. 'Propagation of Hindi Abroad Scheme' administered by Central Institute of Hindi, Agra wherein students are given opportunity to learn Hindi in India. Besides, General Scholarship Scheme and CEP/EEP Scholarship Schemes of ICCR also permit students to learn Hindi in India.
