For Indian nationals (including students) in Russia who wish to travel to India!
So far above 4000 Indian Nationals (including students) have gone back to India by 26 flights under the Vande Bharat Mission and 2 flights organized by the Russian government.
However, we continue to receive requests from Indian nationals for organizing their return to India. In this regard, Indian nationals holding Indian passports (including Indian students studying in Russian universities) who seek to return to India may kindly fill the form in the following link:

Even those nationals who have already registered earlier are required to do so again if they wish to travel to India by the flights being organized by the Embassy.
Presently, we have received proposals for chartered flights for different destinations including Delhi, Mumbai, Ahmedabad and Kochi and the Embassy is facilitating them. Based upon this registration, if there is sufficient demand, we will be organising flights to other destinations which are not catered to by the above mentioned chartered flights.
