As you may know, Sports Goods & Toys Export Promotion Council (SGEPC) is an initiative of the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, dedicated to promoting Indian sports goods and toys. India Sporting Goods Fair (ISGF) has become a premier platform for networking and showcasing India's strengths in the sports industry.
The fair in its previous three editions has grown exponentially and witnessed an overwhelming participation from existing & new overseas delegates from around the world establishing itself as an exclusive networking & sourcing platform in the sports industry.
The 4th edition of the India Sporting Goods Fair (ISGF) 2026, is being hosted by SGEPC, at Yashobhoomi Convention Centre, Dwarka, New Delhi, during 31st March - 2nd April 2026. This two-day exhibition will feature a wide array of products, including:

As a hosted delegate, you will receive:
• Two nights of accommodation at a 5-star hotel
• Partial or full airfare reimbursement to and from New Delhi
• Airport transfers
Please note that all delegates are required to:
• Mandatorily register online via: https://www.isgfair.com/overseas-buyer-registration
• Arrive at New Delhi by March 30, 2026.
How to Apply:
1. Complete our online hosted delegate application form at Hosted Delegate Application.
2. Upon submission, our screening committee will review your application based on product profile and sourcing needs.
3. If your application is not approved for the hosted delegate program, we will issue a visa recommendation/invitation letter for your visit at your own expense.
