Gandhi Jayanti was celebrated with large participation by Indian community and by friends of India. Cd’A Mr. G Balasubramanian laid wreath of flowers at the statue of Mahatma Gandhi. Students from Embassy of India school sang ‘Gandhi’ bhajans on the occasion.
On the occasion of ‘Gandhi Jayanti’, Cd’A Mr. G. Balasubramanian unveiled stamps released by Government of India on the 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi.
