Please follow the Embassy of India guidelines for Consular Services in light of COVID-19
Consular Services (Passport, OCI, PCC, Birth Registration, Power of Attorney, Attestation, etc.) of the Embassy of India, Moscow, have been temporarily restricted and regulated due to COVID-19 related precautions, starting from 26.4.2021. You will need to contact the Embassy over phone: +7 495 783 75 35, ext. 295/282, take a prior appointment, which is available only on Mondays and Thursdays and come for availing the services on the date and time provided in the appointment. Please note that delays may be expected in issue of OCI Cards and Passports.
2. Only applicant/authorized person may enter the Embassy for Consular Services, subject to temperature checking and wearing mask. No accompanying persons are allowed.
3. For inquiries which do not require physical presence, please contact Consular Wing over phone: +7 495 783 75 35 (ext. 295/282 for consular and passport related issues; ext. 375 for visa related issues).
4. a) If you have fever/cold/cough etc., please postpone your visit to the Embassy, if the work is not urgent. If the work is of urgent nature, please contact the above phone number for further instructions/guidance.
b) Also, you may send your representative with an authorization letter to the Embassy on your behalf, only if advised so by the Embassy while contacting the above number/taking the appointment.
