2. It is stated that the purpose is to only collect relevant data and no decision has been taken yet regarding resumption of flights to India. The Embassy will provide information in due course on the website and its social media accounts as and when a decision is taken by the Government of India in this regard.
3. The following points should be noted by those wishing to travel to India:
(a) They will need to get a Covid-19 test done at their own cost and carry the certificate before departure to India;
(b) Applicable airfare will be borne by them;
(c) They will undergo a 14 days mandatory quarantine on arrival in India at their own expense as per protocols framed by the Government of India.

(e) Incomplete forms will not be considered.
(f) Once the form is filled, there is no need of sending any further e-mail to the Embassy in this regard.
